Provenance: Copied in Munich. Current research puts the most likely dates at ca. 1530 for MS 39, the 1530s for MS 33, and the 1540s for MS 26. MS 33 was copied from MS 39 and MS 26 from MS 33.

Source of piece in Choralis Constantinus II:
These manuscripts relate only indirectly to Choralis Constantinus II. A very similar source, no longer
extant, was the exemplar for both MS 39 and Choralis Constantinus I. Choralis II
shares a piece with the Munich manuscripts because one of the pieces in the Constance repertoire
made its way into the Imperial repertoire and from there into
Choralis I.
Choralis Constantinus II contents:
- Mass 5
- Communion-Ecce virgo concipiet (MS 26-fol. 38v; MS 33-fol. 38v; MS 39-fol. 36v)
Characteristics of Choralis II piece:
Liturgical assignment changed to the fourth Sunday in Advent.
